Heavy rain has been continuing in all the districts of Telangana
Heavy rain has been continuing in all the districts of Telangana since yesterday, July 26, 2023. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast more rain in the state in the next few days.The heavy rain has caused flooding in some areas and damaged crops. The authorities have evacuated people from low-lying areas and opened relief camps.
The Bhupalpalli Police team is trying to reach the critical areas. The SP and other officers are in touch with the stranded people. All are safe. Rescue and Relief operations are on the way. These are testing times for all of us, and the enthusiasm of Police Constable officers led by seniors is praiseworthy. Senior officers from Multi Zone, IG C. S. Reddy and IG Shahnawaz, are also in the field, guiding and coordinating with SPs and other departments.
